The Tamang is a one of the popular ethic group from Nepal there native land is located in north part of Kathmandu this people are looks like a Mongolian is in side the Langtang National park originally must of this ethic group was a farmer but the National park and local people start the home steay in Tamang house so that known as Tamang heritage trek is a great way to experience the beauty of Langtang region while also supporting local communities. Developed by the Tourism for Rural Poverty Alleviation Program, the trail is designed to distribute tourism opportunities equally among poor rural communities in the Rasuwa district. With Tibetan landscape natural scenery, rich Tamang culture, and awe-inspiring mountain views, of Langtang Himalayan range, Ginesh Himal range and some Tibetan Mountain Tamang heritage trek is an unforgettable cultural, adventure.
The trek starting from Kathmandu, the length of the trek Mountain Eye Treks can be customized to suit our trekkers’ due to schedules and desires. Those who trek the Tamang Heritage Trail offer all the trekkers can test traditional food, and observe local rituals and cultural practices Tamang family are very frankly and helpful. While the region was affected by the 2015 earthquake, the area has been rebuilt and is now safe for trekkers, with newly built guest houses. Perhaps Langtang was first established as national park for Himalayan wildlife, Langtang National Park is crossed with hiking and trekking paths and mountaineering training trails allowing visitor’s unparalleled accessibility. You will often see musk deer, Himalayan Thar, Himalayan black beer, snow leopard, wild god, ghoral serow and more than 250 species of birds. The park is also renowned for its population of red panda in Helambu area. A little further up the valley is Kyanjin Gompa, where we stop overnight and the local yak cheese this area is the first cheese factory in Nepal .We pass through Nubamatang, nestled in a hidden valley, on our way up to view the glaciers, which mark the gateway into Tibet this trekking trail nun as a trading trail to Tibet.
Day 1:-Arrive in Kathmandu Airport briefing your trip
Day:-2 Kathmandu city tour all the UNESCO World Heritage site Day
Day 3: Kathmandu to Gatlang (2240m) | 7 hrs.
Day 4: Gatlang exploration | Free and easy
Day 5: Gatlang to Tatopani (2607m) | 6 hrs.
Day 6: Tato pani to Thuman (2338) | 6 hrs.
Day 7: Thuman to Briddim (2230m) | 6 hrs.
Day 8: Briddim to Syaprubesi (1460m) | 4 hrs.
Day 9: Syaprubesi to Kathmandu (1400m) | 6 hr.
Day 10 : Drive back to Kathmandu
Day :- 11 Fly back to home or extra day in kathmandu or visit different city (pokhara, chitwan and Lumbeni)
